1. Choose an apartment near SCUT International Campus

In this section, you’ll find apartment listings from two trusted communities:

Zengbian Village Huixianfang and Yuexiu Xinghui Wenxi — perfect for student life.

2. Live alone or with others

You can either:

• Live alone in a private apartment
• Or share a big apartment with other students to save money

If you choose to share, just apply for the apartment you like and we’ll add you to a group with others looking for roommates. Once the group is full, we’ll help arrange everything.

3. How much do I need to pay?

All apartments follow the same rules in China:

• You rent for 1 year
• You pay 2 months’ deposit + 1 month upfront rent
• You pay a one-time agency fee = 50% of one month’s rent
• You pay a 10% website fee (per person) before signing the contract

This 10% fee goes to the website and is based on the actual number of people who will live in the apartment (they will be listed in the rental contract and registered at the local police station — so this number must be correct).

Once everything is confirmed and you’ve paid the site fee, we’ll connect you with the agent. You’ll then meet in person, sign the official rental contract, and move in.
